Absolute dodgy car dealers .. wife bought a car from them, sold her a car without logbook after telling lies & with major dashboard damage.. wont repair the damage & also threatened us .. worst to deal with was manager Bill thumbs down never coming back to these losers

The used holden I got from this dealership seems to of been in a accident before. There is no paint in the inside of where the driver side hinge is on the inside of the front guard. Also where the the petrol goes there is evidence of a new panel. It makes me wonder how well they check the vehicle before they sell it.
My car's back window didn't work and my car is under the 5000 km warranty, so I put the car in for repair only to get my car back with paint taken off on the edge of the door. The plastic mould on the drivers side was dirty. I gave them my car clean and expected to get my car back the way I gave it to them. I bought the car from this dealership already lowered and driving the car over bumps I use to cringe as it would bottom out. I took my car to pedders and the strut top bearings were no good. I got pedders to put my car back to factory height. Now I have a ABS fault that appears on the dash. I turn the car off and it disappears. It has appeared twice already. The car is still under 5000 km warranty and feel this dealership has failed.

Hard working team, long time since I visited a dealership, strong management wouldn't mind going back for a few more smooth visits, didn't leave me hanging for 2 minutes! The lads got right in there, and from start to finish very helpful..

My mother and father tried to purchase a car from here. Adrian took a $500 deposit for a car, it was then labelled in car sales as sold, then a few days later the sold label was removed and Michael in finance wouldn't give them a reason why the sold label was removed, denying it was ever on there, when we in fact have pictures of this. Then a few days later I called and asked if the car was still available, knowing full well they should have told me no as a deposit was paid for holding, and Adrian told me it was 'absolutely still available' so then I pressed a little more and asked if there was much interest with Adrian telling me 'there's a couple coming from Port Macquarie Tuesday to pick it up, but if I paid a holding deposit they would secure it for me'. . . My parents are not from Port Macquarie, so, I was going to be the third, that I knew of, that they were going to sell the same car to! Months later my parents still have not received a refund of their deposit, even after numerous phone calls and text messages. They keep saying they will get right on to it, and never do. That's when they answer the phone, which is rare.

My mothers review would be do not deal with them, they are cheats, rip offs, they lie, they do not say the facts. Do not pay these people any money!

They are nothing but scammers, it's not hard to tell that either by reading the other reviews, wish we had of seen this before ever dealing with them. After pulling out of the deal due to issues listed above, my parents have since gone on to deal with Port City Autos, they have an immaculate new Holden commodore that was dealt with in a very professional manner, my advice would be everyone give Port City Maryborough a call, they deliver free of cost, would buy 10,000 cars from them before ever trying McGrath Holden again. This review is so people know prior to purchasing what sort of company they are dealing with! Absolute rip off!

We went for a test drive. We did not buy the car. But we were well looked after.

We spent a good hour or so at McGrath Liverpool where Bill Settineri assisted us with all of our enquiries, test driving, financing etc.
We left the office blown away by the service, the time and the professionalism that Bill demonstrated. He was patient & knowledgeable and nothing was too much to ask. If you're looking for a raw & honest sales person, I highly recommend Bill and the team at McGrath Liverpool!
