Absolute disgrace. Went out of my way to test drive a CX9, was told by a smug sales man by appointment only hahaha. What a joke, your not selling Ferraris mate.

Me and my business partner both had the older CX9's purchased from you and had them serviced with you guys also, and you just let us walk out the door! Maybe too busy celebrating the Melbourne cup today. Get your priorities straight next time.

My mate and I received excellent service from Will Lopez. He answered all our questions and showed us the car (CX-5) inside and out. He was very professional and patient. We drove a hard bargain and end up buying the car for a nice price. I highly recommend you deal with Will Lopez because he will surely look after you.

I bought my brand new Mazda from McGrath's about six months ago. The experience was at the most pleasant. Jeremy, the salesman whom sold the car to me was unenthusiastic and hard to contact. It seemed as though we were doing all of the calling. The only positive I've taken from the experience was another salesman whom assisted with showing me the car on the day it arrived, his name was Will. He was a lovely guy and made sure he went above and beyond to show us all of the features. In hindsight, I serviced my car at 10,000kms with West End Mazda in North Parramatta, and would 100% recommend buying from this dealership. I found the service was great, followed by a follow-up call to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. It's amazing how I spent the money buying my car at a dealership that didn't seem to care at all, and on the other hand there's West End Mazda who wants to maintain customer satisfaction with one single service! Unfortunately I was never sent a review from Mazda when I bought the car (which I was promised), hence why I'm writing it here. I won't be returning to the McGrath Dealership.

The staff are competent, professional and are generally very nice. The staff even escorted me to my car! The mechanics servicing my car are diligent - never had any issues.
Waiting room is practical, with a TV, coffee machine, cakes, and magazine/newspapers to read.

No hassall replacement of airbag on recall. Car back & looked new having been cleaned. Pleasant experience, would use them again.

We had poor information from these guys the first time we visited. We got excellent information, test drive etc from another mazda dealer and wanted to start shopping around to compare prices. We visited in person, and gave these guys another chance but they refuse to give prices unless you want to buy today!. Seems a bit shonky to me. We will go back to the other dealer, who was also more knowledgeable about the details of the Mazda 3 that we were interested in.

Outstanding service. Competent, professional and courtious staff who go out of their way to assist. ( escorted to my car ....asked if I need a bottle of water to travel with...wow!!). Clean , functuonal waiting area; free cakes & beverage machine, daily papers (not just the usual dog eared mags),computer tables, Wifi.Courtesy bus to shops etc

I bought my Mazda from McGrath last September, however I wanted to wait until I also experienced service side of things. Buying experience was fantastic! I dealt with Josh and through out the buying process he was polite, responsive and very "uncarsalesman" like in his approach. Service was also great experience in terms of price and customer service, in particular the guys at the service desk.

I've recently had my car serviced here. Staff are pleasant and helpful, bus to local shopping so we didn't have to wait around, beverages and bakery snacks to enjoy on arrival at Mazda, car was washed and vacuumed on pick up!

Totally awesome customer service 10/10! Although theres always room for improvements. Bought a used CX5 2013 of a dealer in penrith and the car started playing up. Brake system has vacumn issues and sensor is not registering properly. Brought it back to the dealer to get it repaired and they told me they have fixed it. 1 week later the problems came back on so obviously they didnt fix it or even did anything to it. Wasted a week of work from all different machanics as they couldnt find the problems so I decided to take it directly Mazda McGrath at Liverpool since they are closest to me. As appointment was booked, I came to the office to hand them the key and noticed theres a big sign posted at the counter states " we aim to achieve 10/10 service". I was like "yeh what ever...probably charge you an arm and leg for that". They told me its 150/ hr for diagnosis + repair fees. They even offer me their bosses' bt50 to drive to work, a free shuttle bus to take you anywhere around 5km range, so Im expecting something like a big bill. The customer service is really friendly, the person who was assisting me her name is Lisa. Lisa and a technician name Mark called me up everyday to update any news of the car, he said he has contacted the warranty department and see if they can approve the parts for the brake system. They were very helpful and really sounds like they are caring for their customers. Although I still wanted to ask for the bill?! But she wouldnt tell me...kinda abit scary all she said its roughly around $700. So i finally got my car back today, all diagnosis results printed out... she went through everything very thorough. She then told me its 1 million dollar bill.. I know its a joke but still waiting for the final moment. Shen then told me they have repaired all issues and got me a nice car wash with "0" charge on the Bill... Im like you kidding me. She said no its just one of their goodwills. Wow never had such experience like that.. amazing service... its like watching a very intense movie lol. Put me on the edge of the seat every day! Such a wonderful experience thank you so much to all of you at Macgrath Mazda, you all have played such a perfect role! God blessed you all

After having been given the runaround and general cold shoulder by every other dealer in Sydney, the only one found to be acommodating to what i was after was McGrath Mazda with the kind help of James in sales who was very approachable and helpful as well as Clair in finance. James was the first person who had made an effort to get back to me after my initial visit and I also was welcomed to have the car inspected and test driven.

The vehicle was already decided and its condition was giving the green light to make a deal but in the end it was with the help of James and Clair that made it a less stressful experience to go through.

After having owned the car now for a little while its proven to be everything I wanted and more. It presented a minor issue from being idle for quite some time but it's since been looked after and drives exceptionally.

Once again a special thanks to James and Clair.

If I'm ever in the market again I'll be back!
