If i could give 0 stars i would.
Firstly i purchased this vehicle new from Mcgrath dealership. I regularly serviced the vehicle with Mcgraths.
One day comes along and my car would not start, i call a mobile mechanic to fix the car. The mechanic removes the spark plugs and shows me the culprit.
Black burnt spark plugs, he pulls them all out. I say no way how could this be, i just did a major service on my car and was charged to replace the spark plugs. Mechanic replies " No way mate, these have never been changed".
Mechanic changes the spark plugs and bang car starts.
I contacted the dealership, Mcgraths say " we don't do this, if you were charged for new spark plugs, then they were replaced"
I took photos of the dodgy spark plugs and contacted head office.
Good luck no responsiblity taken.
Save yourselves the time and money, steer clear from this dodgy dealership.

Staff in the New Cars Section of Liverpool were great. Very helpful and absolutely amazing! Their Service was 110% highly recommend these guys, however the guys in Service & Parts Area have rude phone manners

Worst dealer and worst customer service, bought a used car from them and when i went to collect it after five days, the car was filthy and they added about 800Km on the millage, i asked them to properly clean the car, they said to go spend sometime anywhere and come back in 40 minutes, after coming back and looking at the car, it was not even a 2 minutes job and the car had a dead bug inside and some cigarette ash, so I requested to get it detailed, and again we were asked to go spend sometime at the shops. we were at the dealer from 9 am and left at 2:20 pm.
Then it gets better, as we're leaving we found the keys don't lock or unlock, they said to come back in two days to get it fixed,
Today is the day they booked it in, so we called them on the way to the dealership, and the used-cars manger had the worst attitude, and told us that the person who booked it in to get fixed, is having the day off, and that he doesn't know anything about it.
Both of me and my wife took the day off to get the car fixed, so we had enough, and told him that he has to work something out, and we are on the way,
we drooped off the car today and left our contact number.
Now, we can not get hold of him, and we left a number of messages to call us back, but he never did.
We don't know what is happening with our new car, and i don't recommend this dealer, and strongly advice people to stay away from them.
