Fantastic range of high quality imported beauty products at reasonable prices. It's a busy store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. No offence it's the kind of service to be expected from employee who get paid $10/hr. That of course could be a different story if you speak their language. Don't ask and expect them to explain things to you. All labels in the shop is written in Chinese and the employees speaks limited English. Half of the products in the shop is way over priced.
Save your wallet: Avoid buying high-end brand (Hera, Laneige, etc) at all cost. The way they marked up the high end brands baffles me.

Experience and expensive overall great place.

Cosy shopping environment. I remembered that there is a girl named Cindy, she's very helpful and cute. I would definitely find her for the next shopping.

This store breaches every trade practice law.
Wrong labelled product and price and wont refund. It is against consumer law in Australia to not refund for wrongly labelled product.
Also none of the items in store is labelled in English, again breaching the cosmetic label guidelines not to label the ingredients in the cosmetic products on sale.
Hope they rectify all the unlawful practices before the ACCC visit.
