With years of experience in new product development and existing product evolution, doing everything from requirements gathering through to factory evaluation and transfer, Means of Invention provides services both in contract product development work, and consulting on product development, manufacturing, and supply chain issues. Means of Invention is able to work on solving your problems from inception of a project through to full manufacturing handover, and ongoing manufacturing improvements where necessary. To do this we focus on digging down to the fundamental issues behind a project to understand all the relevant stakeholders'​ needs, and then apply this insight to assemble the correct collection of people to solve the problems at hand, on time and on budget.
