Beverley Foster is the Principal of Family & Workplace Mediation Solutions. At Mediation Solutions we provide exceptional dispute resolution services, in family, workplace, business disputes, wills and estates and elder law issues.

Litigation through the courts is not always the answer. There are time delays, significant legal costs and the parties invariably feel a lack of control and often do not feel heard.


Mediation Solutions is centrally based in Sydney’s Inner Western suburb of Drummoyne, whilst providing additional services to:

Mediation Solutions conduct mediations face to face or via telephone, Skype or with the parties in separate rooms. The environment is safe, secure and professional. We provide mediations at various locations subject to the need of the parties.

Mediation can take place with the parties only or if they have retained lawyers the lawyers can attend as well. Sometimes the lawyers do not attend certain mediations even if they are retained and the parties take back to them the agreement reached at the mediation.
