Medical Imaging Erina

This is the only imaging centre I visit however female ultrasound technician made a most hurtful comment to me whilst ultrasounding my miscarriage 'well at least you have other children'. It's these types of ill thought out throw away remarks that minimise a woman's loss and compounds a person's grief. It should not matter whether a woman has other children or otherwise. A loss is a loss and it is devestating to the family involved no matter the circumstances. It's times like this that force women into silence over the almost taboo subject of miscarriage and early pregnancy loss. Please be more careful in your comments to patients in the future and if you can't think of something appropriate to say then at least 'my condolences to you' would have been appreciated.

One of the most painful experience in our life.

Specially the rudeness of receptionist, except one that was nice. No manners at all.
Very unkind people, specially for the average of central coast people.

Also the manager was very rude, totally unkind and no just once, few times.
Then we decided to go in another place, in Tuggerah, Hunter Imaging, and was
completely and really another planet: professionalism, kindness, all positive after that
nightmare. We did a complaint few times via phone and sending an email and still waiting from more than 4
months a call back or any reply after leaving our details.

An Ultrasound and any medical test cannot become a nightmare.
Awful experience still we can't forget.

Nice inside. Most people are helpful. Appointments are not usually too far behind time.

Many thanks to your staff for your care and expertise over the years we have been visiting. My family won't go any where else. The best on the Coast and all bulk billed.
