Medicare is probably Australia's worst government agency. Staff is extremely inefficient and without any common sense.

Would give lower but there is no option for less than one star! Not at all helpful staff and limited services for the next week without any notification online. Wasted time getting here, wasted time waiting and then told to come back next week as if I have nothing else to do. Horrible experience

This place is the worst, two attempts I have made. All I need to do is drop of forms and have my ID checked. It's 2pm and the line to even see the reception desk is out the door! There are 10 people's already waiting and 3 people serving customers. What a friggan joke. Why are there no sraff?!?!

Shocking.
Been waiting 30 mins, the guy in front 1hour and 30 mins and the staff are sitting around chatting amongst themselves. No-one moves fast in this place. Very annoying as on my lunch break. Needs better staff and more of them instead of empty desks!

I have the worst experience in Medicare westfield Hurstville, very poor customer service, I just did not understand how this staff get hired without knowledge of what is CUSTOMER SERVICE mean?

Because in the job interview it is ask that question that what is customer service mean to you? And the staff that serves us is really mean, because we apply for my husband medicare and she told me your not needed why you put your name in the application and she is really rude to me and nice with my husband. I told her that why it is in the application to put my details if not needed. I was that upset so I left and leave my husband there because she said im not needed, anyway when I left they called me back in because they need something from me and when I come I told her I thought im not needed and she wasn't that happy to me at the end I have ask her name and she ask WHY? I said to her none of your business just give me your name. She look like scared dont know what to say. Anyway I did not write a complain because I know better than her what is CUSTOMER SERVICE mean to you.

Just a suggestion to any customer services provider any where please hired the staff that will really know what is customers service mean to you, because as a customer you want to felt that someone really care for what you needed.

Been some of the best service I've had especially when getting my baby registered. The guy in the corner waved us over and we jumped the queue. Town hall office.

Called the Hurstville phone number, its 15mins to go for the opening time, auto message says, many in queue, call back later or serve yourself online. Seriously!!! My query is not answered online. Get more staff.
