Meditation Sydney Description
Senka has been practicing Meditation Sydney for 20 years. She is now an intuitive meditation leader and takes participants on a guided journey to release their body, mind and soul from stress and routine.
She has also created a meditation program supported with a series of CDs, reports and webinars, for all those out there in the world, to benefit from and who cannot make it to our classes here in Sydney. It is important in today’s fast-paced and stressful world that we stay grounded and clear headed so that we make the decisions that are best for us at any given moment. Meditation can help you to stay sane when things around you feel out of control. A great way to feel anchored, like a tree in the eye of the storm!
