I was frustrated with pet spots on my carpet never thought it will be clean other than replacing them all together. Only with one cleaning session, the whole spots were gone! Jeff treated those spots individually with special cleaner before he steamed vacuum the whole area. Amazing result can only come from amazing people who give amazing service !
