MRRBS- Megan Rowlands Rural Business Services.
For the past 20 years Megan has been working with grazing, mixed farm, orchard and vineyard clients (both extensive and intensive operations), many of whom have off-farm investments. This includes focusing on the people, succession and decision making through to property, production, profitability and wealth creation.
QBL Planning Pty Ltd is dedicated to assisting farm businesses to survive and thrive in the future by thinking and planning differently. We provide methods that encourage Quadruple Bottom Line thinking and planning to agribusiness organisations and businesses at a profit to all stakeholders. These methods include a farm planning book and training program.
The Quadruple Bottom Line (QBL) management model is an extension of Triple Bottom Line management as it emphasises four distinct and interrelated domains Human, Environment, Production & Marketing and Financial that require attention when developing business plans for farm businesses.
