Melbourne events
We organise 2-3 sophisticated events per month, in different venues in and around Melbourne CBD & inner suburbs. Events will include formal dinners and cocktail parties. Members of this page will also be invited to our live entertainment events, which will be smart casual dress.

Out of Melbourne events
Occasionally we will be holding Victorian country house, interstate & overseas events too.

Age groups
Whilst we welcome people between mid 20's and mid 50's, most of our events will be targeted at either 25-45 or 40-59 and this will be made clear in the event information & invitations.

Dress standards
We will make it clear what the dress code is for a particular event.
Dress will be formal, with gentlemen wearing dinner jackets (unless otherwise instructed) and women wearing cocktail dresses (again unless otherwise instructed).

Ticketing
Events will be ticketed. They will normally be made public 2-4 weeks in advance and bookings will be via online ticketing with payment at the time of booking. Tickets will be separated on the online system to identify males & females. This is in order to balance numbers and for no other reason. Events will be priced between approx $50-195pp depending on the actual event.

Nature of events
We will not be not running "speed dating" events or orgies. Those events are easily found if you search on google. We will be running events that allow smart, intelligent single people to meet, converse, have fun and exchange numbers if you want to.

Bringing friends
We welcome singles bringing along other single friends.

Behaviour
Dress standards stated on event information will be enforced to keep the standard of the event at the level expected by the majority of guests. Anybody not meeting dress standards will not be allowed entry and will not be refunded. All gusts are expected to behave with respect and courtesy to other guests. Any behaviour not meeting this standard will result in guests being asked to leave.
