Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing treatment. I will massage the pressure points on your feet that will help to ease your symptoms. It is great for things such as insomnia, headaches, aches and pains, anxiety, improves circulation and energy.
I am currently working at Go Vita Health Foods in Kurrajong on Mondays and Sundays or by appointment. I also have a clinic in my home if you would like to book in another time.
