Melrose Design Build was formed by two experienced tradesmen, a licensed builder and a plumber. Kevin Allan and Christopher Bell provide strong hands-on commitment to quality work in heritage restoration /roofing, building work, maintenance, and remedial restoration.

With more than 35 years combined experience in the building and heritage industry, we have provided quality work on many heritage and residential buildings. We formed Melrose Design Build because of the experience and passion missing from many building companies in Sydney.
