I love Men That Move! They are the fastest, professional, absolutely pleasant bunch of movers I have met. This is my second time using their services and both times I have been left feeling happy and thankful of their efforts. We recently moved into a 2bd apartment and half way through moving into the new place, the whole suburbs power died. The lifts were not working anymore - and we still had more than half the items left in the truck. My partner and I were starting to worry how the rest of the items (beds, bed frame, chest of drawers, tall boy, sofasx2, dining table) were going to get up. The building manager told us that the power was probably not going to come back on for a few hours. We were stuck. Sam and George were so brilliant, they started to hoist everything up through the emergency exit stairs. I was amazed at how positive, calm and professional they continued with the service. They were even still SMILING!?!? I cannot thank Sam and George for the move, we would NEVER have made it through the day without you guys!! I would recommend Men That Move for anyone that needs a move or for even just a chat they are such great people! Thanks again team.

Almost everything went well except a couple of issues.

1. the green box idea is great but they should be probably cleaned a bit better prior to delivery;
2. even after asking them to start at 7:30, they managed to come earlier. Out of respect to my neighbours, this was a detail I didn't like much;
3. I mentioned a couple of things I wanted them to be extra careful with and they politely dismissed my concerns and stated they did antique move without issues - even so, they managed to misplace one small table and crack a desk corner. My TV screen was against a sharp edge when I went downstairs and fixed it myself;

Yes, they misplaced a coffee table. Nowhere to be found. Busy with unpacking and setting all up, I missed the "4 calendar days" delay. When I emailed them about the issue, there was no real concern to understand if they could add value. No "we'll ask the team involved in your move" or even an apology to the issue. They simply recited the insurance policy and dismissed me.

I don't really care about the material stuff, however, with this attitude they turned a 5 star rating into a 3 star because of their customer service.

Update: after this review they contacted me and mentioned they asked the team involved and offered to pay the desk. Nice gesture but I politely declined. Changing this review to 4 star instead of 3.

Men That Move are easily the best moving company we have ever engaged. This is inclusive of companies that have managed interstate and overseas moves for us - these guys are seriously brilliant.
We didn't have a straight forward move, as we were up sizing and bringing some things out of storage, whilst putting other things into storage.
They were very fast, friendly, strategic in how they managed the process and were incredibly helpful when it came troubleshooting potential issues. We highly recommend Men That Move to anyone and everyone we know.

We moved from a 4 bed house into a 2 bed house this weekend. From start to finish of this move, MTM have been brilliant! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great confirmation calls, polite and careful removal men, unobtrusive, polite and so helpful. I have moved house more times than I care to confess to and MTM have been the best team yet. Thank you very much for making a stressful time much easier.

Worth every cent!

Today was the 15th time i have moved in my life and the first time we used professional movers and i couldn't be happier. We had Simon and John today and it was completely hassle free. Men That Move were the cheapest movers we could find with the best reviews and now i have to add another one. For the price I was expecting a catch....them milking every hour, or being a bit careless, but no, the boys were polite, got stuck straight into it as soon as they turned up and couldn't be more respectful of our stuff. No need to label anything as fragile as they took care of everything the same. I'm so impressed and pleased I listened to my husband who suggested professional movers!

We moved from a 3-bedroom house to a smaller villa. Sean, Robbie and Dane were brilliant, caring, professional & extremely helpful.
After looking at many online reviews, I decided on Men That Move, as they had no negative reviews that I could find. If that meant paying a bit more, I was happy to do so. But the end up cost was VERY REASONABLE for the time and effort that was involved with the move. And it was a BARGAIN as there were no adverse issues with the total job.
Initially, I was a bit worried, as it all seemed too easy, booking on line, no deposit needed, etc. But there was no need to worry at all. Men that Move have obviously streamlined their booking system, and with less initial human contact, it must keep their costs down.
Anyway, EVERYTHING went smoothly. The booking, the WONDERFUL ECO GREEN BOXES. The email conversations and confirmation.
It really was just so easy and PROFESSIONAL. Hubby and I could not have been more pleased with the service, and especially from the wonderful young men that helped us. Thank you SEAN, ROBBIE & DANE. You made everything just fantastic for us. Also, a big thank you to Chris for delivering and collecting the ECO boxes.

Todd and Koby came out and were very professional and efficient in moving my furniture. This was my first time using a removalist and wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again. Highly recommended!

One of the worst experience . I booked in for the afternoon shift. They were on time, called me and indicated the time when they will reach. Upon arrival, one of the removalist ( Mr OL) called me and said im in the front door. I told him that the entrance is via the car park side. I wrote the instructions in the request. This person is on a working holiday visa, he was complaining throughout the whole move that he should not have done three shifts. He has total disregard for my furniture. he dropped my boxes from the trolley. The trolley he carried the table almost rolled over and was going to hit the car parked. He threw all my sofa cushions on the floor.

His collegue (Mr B) was superb. extremely careful, friendly. He picked up all his collegues work and did extra work. For the reviews and price I paid I could have booked some one cheap and had the same service. I will not pay this price for a service like this. Total Disrespect. Mr OL at the end asked me to write a good review.! What a joke.

Chris & Simon arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. Very smooth and quick move. Moving is generally an awful task but these guys made it
much better. I highly recommend them
