Today my whole family visited with the expectation of adopting a cat. We read that you need to purchase something from the cafe to see the cats, we ordered. Only to be told that we would need to order 5 things to be all allowed in, even to adopt. Unimpressed we cancelled our order. We went to Petbarn successfully adopted a cat, had a great experience and paid less.



I get the idea of providing an add on service for customers who’d like to pet / play with the cats. But when adopting, the business aims are compromised. Sell Cakes or adopt Cats, they don’t go hand in hand.
