Mercedes-Benz Hornsby

Kevin and store manager were both great in customer service, store is nicely presented, had a hassle free trade in for a brand new v class, the experience was exceptional just as you would expect from Mercedes. Had a better experience with Hornsby than parramatta, where service from parramatta was not something that you would expect from Mercedes, would come here and buy Car again anytime.
Forget about the Japanese brand show rooms, where the decor was out dated, messy presentation, no air con, sales staffs generally trying to scare you if there were changes, unpleasant experience.
Overall the experience was fantastic at Hornsby Mercedes would recommend anyone to come since they have nice coffee and confectioneries, great even if you came with families like me, with three kids, nobody would give you a smart ass look thinking you won’t buy a car.

We picked up our new GLA 220d a few days ago. We had waited nearly four months for our car and we were extremely happy with our choice of vehicle. The Salesperson Kevin kept us up to date during the four months about where our vehicle was up to in regards to production and delivery. We found Kevin very easy to deal with - there was no pressure to purchase which we had experienced from other dealerships. Even when we changed our mind about the vehilce we wanted several weeks into the contract there was no issue or no fuss- Kevin dealt with our change of mind easily. Would highly recommend Hornsby Mercedes Dealership and Kevin as a salesman.

Very surprised at all the good reviews in reference to Kevin... He picked up after we had already decided to purchase (as previous salesman left).
Very little knowledge of the car and left out many details when we picked up. Tried contacting him via email and phone calls for accessories to purchase and to get more info on the car, but he never returned one single message (I even spoke to the manager, and still nothing) I didn't know the car came with such things as the park assist etc, and had to look up on youtube to work out how to use it. Over all very dissapointed with the experience at Hornsby Mercedes. I even missed out on certain options, because they were not explained well. I missed out on features that I thought were included like apple play which doesn't work without command.
I had far superior service from TOYOTA Hornsby.

We didn't buy our AMG here because the sales person was inexperienced and pushy. Probably think we can't afford the car because we were dressed in t-shirt and shorts. We end up buying from a dealer that is a bit far from where we live. When we sent the car back for first oil change, we were told on the phone it will take one and half hours for the oil change. We were surprise at the reaction from the service guy when we told him that we were told it's going to be one and a half hours. He seems pre-occupied with his own agenda and rushed. Not what I expect from a Benz dealer. The other service guy is even worse, just rude!!! I saw a staff member lean with his jacket metal zip on a black Benz in the service area (hope it is not a customer's car)!

Service department would have to be the most incompetent Mercedes service in Sydney. Front of house staff are as helpful as they can be be but are not backed up by the garage workers (they are are not properly trained Mercedes technicians). Go elsewhere for service if YOU care for your Mercedes.

I had a wonderful purchase experience dealing with the team at MB Hornsby. Kevin was very professional, prompt and helpful. The finance team was also prompt in getting the loan structured. Highly recommended.

More than 5 stars experience at Merc Hornsby. Special thanks to Daniel Louis for attention to detail. Me and my wife went just to look around options as we not sure what model and what car suits us. Daniel went above and beyond his job to help us.
Went through whole range of cars even when we told him that we might not buy any today. There was no sales pitch or pressure which helped us decide. 30 min visit turned out to be 3 hours. Eventually bought the car that we both really liked. Rest of the staff was also amazing. Daniel gave personal attention to us as after sales service
Harry at finance dept was fantastic in explaining figures and numbers. V v competitive finance structures much better than BMW finance

I have to say dealing with Mercedes in Hornsby was great as for the service department Well they made it an excellent experience. The phrase we are all numbers in business does not apply at Mercedes Hornsby Service Department. Not only my vehicle was well cared for , fixed in a timely manner, they kept me appraised and dealt with me in a very personal and understanding dare i say Human way. Thank you gentlemen and ladies for all you have done and I pray all good things come to your business in Mercedes Hornsby because your Service is professional, caring and definitely First Class
