Professional great service fantastic workshopand sales area

I bought my second hand car from them, and on driving home found chipped windscreen (hardly visible), I then called Phillip Martin, the sales person, and without hesitation he promised to repair or replace the windscreen. This windscreen now has been replaced. I found Phiilip and the sales manager, Ross are of decent person and are trustworthy to their words. I will trade in again my car with them in the next few years. I would recommend them strongly to anybody to get their Mercedez Benz from them.

Today 31/7/2017, after over 1 year the service personnel at MB Newcastle saved me close to $4.500. MB Gosford repair told me a few days ago for the need to replace the front and rear brake discs and pads. Found out from MB Newcastle the discs are still in good condition and only pads needed to be replaced. MB Gosford told me also there is oil leak from transfer case and it is no longer under warranty, will cost $2,653. Whilst MB New Castle said this is covered under Benz warranty.
It is worthwhile to service Benz at New Castle even though I live at Gosford. Look for the service manageress Cassie Goldsmith!!!

We drove up from Sydney to Newcastle recently to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from there. Jonathan was very helpful to show us the vehicle and when negotiating the price he was very honesty and not pushy at all. We were very happy with the final price and more surprisingly we found that they repaired a dent on the car and touchup painted a couple of scratches when picking up the vehicle even we agreed that we'll do the repair ourself and dropped down the purchase price.

Thanks again Jonathan and their awesome team. Definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Merc.

Have just purchased a pre-owned MB C250 from Hunter Star Motors. Very impressed with the service and attention, particularly from Sales Executive Jonathan Lim. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about the MB range and features. There was no pressure to buy and I found the whole buying experience excellent.

We only went there to have a look and we were never looked down on or ignored and we were never pestered or pressured. The customer service was really good.
