Louis is very professional, helpful and wise. We did purchase the Mercedes Benz car eventually but not with this dealer because they have limited stock of cars, and we need the car urgently.

Louis provided us with the best service we have ever had. Although we eventually get the car from this deal because we didn't find the exact car with technologies we are after but Louis exceptional service has completely converted us to Mercedes lover.

Call other Mercedes for quotes before booking in for a service. 2 other dealerships quoted me $840 for my upcoming service based on year and model of car. This dealership quoted me $1,600! Arrogant service line. Rip off merchants.

Coming from the U.S., The Benz dealerships are truly superior in customer service. I come from a family that has been driving Mercedes for decades. Unfortunately with the appalling service from this dealership and another has put me off.(Hopefully we will have better luck in the City). My Husband went into this dealership with specs and model details ready to buy and was ignored, and when he approached a salesman and asked for a price he was told to go look online. Nice, real nice.(If he wanted to look online, then why did he waste his time to come in?)
This dealership needs to learn manners. Just because you are selling expensive cars doesn't mean you can be rude and/or stuck up. Remember we are buying, and you my friends are simply salesmen selling. Wouldn't set foot in this dealership again even if they were the only ones selling the car I wanted.

Very poor service. They didn't carry out the service as requested which resulted in $3700 worth of damage to car. They ended up covering only $1500 worth of the damage. Very unprofessional and rude. They also forgot to recommend spark plug change at the last service. I had the car service completed by Mercedes Parramatta. They were 40% cheaper and 1000% better!
