Don’t buy from this dealership
They sold me a car, fairly new, only 2000km and within 1 week the engine light came on. I rang them up and was told “ it’s just Normal, turn the car off and on to reset the computer”.. the problem still occured after doing this. I took it to get fixed , they gave me the car back , within 1 week, the problem was still occurring
I’ve taken the car back again and now it’s been 5 weeks that I haven’t had my car, still haven’t got it back, and they will not provide me with the car of Same value to drive or agree to compensate me for my finance while the car isn’t in my possession. Also they make you feel like an idiot complaining and that there doing you a favour fixing it
I understand things like this can happen, but I was sold this car with the problem, it happened the first week, and they won’t take any responsibility and now I’m left with going to Fair Trading. My car has been at the mechacnics more than my garage , terrible experience with them , would not recommend

Vincent Wong (Sales) and Michael White (Finance) looked after my GLC purchase. No other dealership could match the deal offered by MB Alexandria. Both were fantastic and more importantly they are top blokes. Never failed to get back to my inquiries and always punctual. Even delivered the car to my doorstep! Will be returning in the future.
I misplaced my service book and wanted to order a new one. This went through parts. When I asked if I could have my service history entered into the new book, the person I spoke with was extremely rude (not just a little rude) and refused. I get the impression that these people rely on brand popularity and location at the total neglect of common courtesy and manners. I can only hope that Mercedes eventually does something to protect their brand name by intervening at this dealership. All aspects of quality and enjoyment are attributable to the manufacturer overseas. These local characters seem determined to inflict their sourness on loyal brand customers. I live in Canberra now, and the staff at the dealership here also seem to be afflicted with contempt for Mercedes owners.
I have recently bought a Mercedes CLA 250 from Mercedes Benz Sydney. I can honestly say that it was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had to date. I negotiated a great price over the phone with Luke Endean and then I made my way to the dealership to purchase the car. I was introduced to Shaun Hutton and he made the whole buying process a simple and pleasurable experience. There was great communication and support from Shaun and the team and they even went over and above to make it a special unveiling for my wife's birthday. I highly recommend dealing with Mercedes Benz Sydney if you are considering purchasing a new Mercedes.
I have wanted to share my experience for some time. When getting a new car I was helped by David Maxwell at Mercedes at O'Riordan St. Really you could not wish for a better, kinder, more attentive sales person. I had a ball and got a very good car in the bargain. Would recommend David to anyone!!!! He is simply wonderful.
We bought a C200 and our sales consultant was Mung Tran! I would recommend this dealership and in particular Mung to anyone who is after a Mercedes. After going through different dealerships to find our car, including Audi and BMW, Mung was by far the best. Not only did we get a very good price, his customer service skills were exceptional! He really did put in an effort to get us the best deal, to understand our situation and made everything so easy. He still gets in touch with me (months later) to check how the car is going and if we have any questions about how the car and is gadgets work.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Mercedes CLA250 sports Shooting Brake through MB Sydney. I would like to thank John Wilkinson who looked after us in the most professional and courteous manner. Despite the transport of our car to the dealership being cancelled on the day we were to collect the car, John drove out the the holding yard (a significant distance away in western Sydney) himself and made sure it was ready for delivery as promised. He spent three hours with us doing the handover of the car which took us well into his evening private time. This was not a problem for John who told us that he wanted to make sure we were happy and felt safe driving the vehicle away. Now that we have had the vehicle for its first weekend we are super impressed with it. Great Car and great service, could not ask for more.
I recently had my car serviced there and came away feeling great about the customer service, thanks to Customer Service Representative Sophie, who was brilliant! She was engaging, helpful and just lovely, she even made me a coffee when she found out that I was soon to start a night shift!
Clearly the best Mercedes-Benz dealership in Sydney. Owned and operated by Head Office in Germany. Excellent customer service; terrific coffee; friendly staff. Concierge service when you first enter is a great idea too.
