Merchant and Green is a retail concept store and creative studio of floral decorators and stylists. We are passionate about flowers, plants, gardening and special events. The friendly team can assist with beautiful bouquets, house flowers, delivery service, weddings, corporate events, visual merchandising and styling. We thrive on providing beautiful products and great service to our clients. Open seven days a week, our studio offering includes a stylish range of flowers, plants, gifts and homewares. Featuring an exclusive collection of fragrant candles, orchids, local art, natural curiosities, terrariums, gift cards, glassware, ceramics, pots and planters, basket ware and garden supplies, sourced from Australia, Japan, China, Vietnam, UK and USA. Our space also hosts a wide variety of popular workshops and classes, including Terrariums, Kokedama, Flower Arranging, Flower Crowns and Macrame. We are proud to be Sydneys highest rated Terrarium workshop. We also provide custom and private classes for social events and team building. The studio is located on the beautiful tree-lined Bourke Street, Redfern. The area is a cosmopolitan innercity village, with a proud indigenous and multicultural history, on the edge of Surry Hills. The famous Bourke Street Bakery and Sydney Light Rail stop is a short 5 minute walk away. We are active members of our neighbourhood and support a range of local community groups including Bourke Street Public School, Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre, The Redfern Foundation and Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
