Whilst the cafe is shut Meredith Baking Co will continue to produce for cafes and individuals who share our passion for beautiful food.

The philosophy behind Meredith Baking Co is simple: use fresh, high quality, uncomplicated ingredients to produce beautiful baked goods, paired with locally roasted CoffeeSnobs coffee.

Our menu changes regularly, but generally consists of sourdough bread, croissants, danishes, decadent slices and cakes. All baked in house daily.
