I have booked a site with Meerol over a long weekend, their website for some reason booked me two sites, I have been trying for the last month with no success to arrange a refund for the additional site that I didnt book. extremely poor response from all staff, I have called and emailed them over 15 times and have still not had any luck. pathetic.
