METIS was established in 2006, by Lyle Holm. Lyle, a financially and commercially astute business advisor, identified the need in the market place for Australian companies to have direct access to CEO and CFO experience and insight via a holistic service offering with true transformation at the core.


Lyle has vast experience as both a CEO and CFO in large global enterprises prior to establishing METIS. He is well versed in tactically managing business visions, integrating and restructuring operations and accelerating revenues in competitive markets. He has expertise in steering diversification, penetrating new markets, profitably turning around ailing environments, and achieving transformational financial results.
