Food is great here and my brothers last experience was excellent, hence booking this restaurant for Mother's Day lunch.



HOWEVER, it was a disappointing experience today and my brother and I feel embarrassed taking my mum and pop. We are aware it was Mother's Day and was quite busy, though to have our entree come out an hour after arriving AND after numerous tables around us who also arrived after us received theirs, showed us that your staff need to work on the order in which they bring entrees out. Especially since it was a set menu with the entree and desserts being set for everyone in the restaurant and customers only having to choose from 4 dishes for their mains.

We waited an hour to receive our entree (set meze plate for all customers today).

After 2.5hours of being there we still had not seen our mains. By this stage we had told the waitress that we did not want our desserts to which she replied she would talk to her manager to sort it out and get back to us. She never returned. We were not approached to be informed of where our meals were and were not even asked if we wanted any more drinks during this time. We had to approach passing waitstaff to ask these questions.



We left before mains were served as it was now 3:50pm and we had arrived for 1:30pm lunch. If we stayed for mains and desserts we would have been there still at 6pm!



Plenty more other restaurants in the hills area to try before we return here.
