What You Will Learn: * How to cut, fill and level a chocolate mud cake * How to crumb coat your cake * How to create a sharp edged base with chocolate ganache * How to colour icing * How to make a standing bow figurine * How to create a quilted effect on fondant * How to cover a round cake with fondant to achieve modern, sharp edges * How to cover the board for a professional finish
