About Mid North Coast Karate
Mid North Coast Karate is part of the Goshin Ryu Karate Association. Head instructor 5th Dan Shihan Peter Becroft has over 38 years experience in Martial Arts and has been teaching Karate in the Camden Haven for over 20 years.
Mid North Coast Karate is a fully equipped full time Dojo with classes available for age 3 to mature adults.
Practice in Martial Arts trains the mind as well as the body, resulting in improved self-awareness, self-discipline, confidence and determination. In Children Martial Arts Training can also help improve self-confidence; raise self-esteem and self- discipline; improve focus and concentration leading to higher grades and better school reports; and can help to improve attitude and behavior. Physically Martial Arts training enhances strength, co-ordination, stamina and flexibility. And most importantly, it is FUN!
