Mid North Coast Nsw Ses Description

The Mid North Coast Region is one of the 17 Regions that make up the NSW State Emergency Service.

The Region covers an area of 17, 107km2 and comprises 6 Local Government areas - Gloucester Shire, Great Lakes, Greater Taree, Kempsey Shire, port Macquarie Hastings and Lord Howe Island.

The Region has 14 NSW SES Volunteer Units with an overall membership of approximately 500 volunteer’s, sustained by 6 permanent staff members at the Region Headquarters in Taree.
