Was a bit of a wait but understandable since bulk-billed. Dr Trent was very understanding and explained the symptoms I was having. Overall a good local place with late hours

One of the worst experiences ever.
Disappointing doctor(s). Yes I say ALL of them, just because I live locally in Ryde and tried ALL of the doctors there. Also, these people have absolutely no idea of what is an appointment!
You literally need to spend at least a good couple of hours to see a GP! and yes of course this is with having an appointment!
Don't bother with this medical centre if u are new to the area.
The only nice person who recently joined their team is one of the receptionist ‘Tatiana’ who truly cares about the patients & understand them.

Doctors are good but I've just spent an hour in a waiting room with a feverish child and no water supplied.

VERY long wait and makes no sense as we book in appt slots! 1.5 hours as others say isn't a stretch. What gives? We like the doctor here, but this problem needs to be sorted urgently

The doctors and receptionist staff did everything conceivably possible to make my mothers final days comfortable and pain free.Our eternal thanks to you all, always.

This is the second time that I made an appointment and I have to wait for almost and hour. I don't understand why we need an appointment for? It's such a waste of my time. If it is going to continue like this, I don't think I will come back and I won't recommend this medical center to anyone I know.

Made an appointment for 6.45pm, checked in on time, we waited until after 8pm until name was called. Receptionist responded rudely when I politely asked how much longer it would be. What a joke

I made 2 bookings on 2 separate occasions, and the receptionist failed to put them in the booking system. Recently when I booked for a 6pm appointment on Tuesday, I call later to push it back to 6.45pm as I was late. Thinking my appointment was secure, I walked in and forgot to check in as my head was stuffy, eyes were sore and sniffling. Waited over half an hour to see a doctor, and went to the receptionist to find out how much longer it was going to take. When looking for my my appointment she found it but was under another patients name - she asked if I had checked in and I replied no. The receptionist then said "you should have checked in". I agreed that yes I should have but why was not appointment not in the system for 6.45pm. The receptionist claimed there was no booking under my name for that day. To which I replied this is the second time. But the receptionist still made it that it was my fault, despite they didn't put my appointment in the system. So even if I did check in my appointment was never in the system. Not coming back here again, the receptionist was not nice still making it that I was the one at fault. Don't ever treat your patients that way.
