I waited so long to eat here. Here I am still in the restaurant, disappointed and writing this review. This place has a pretty big reputation. It’s a quiet Thursday night, we were sat down straight away and after about 5 mins ordered drinks, 2 burgers and loaded fries. Within 2 mins the loaded fries were delivered to the table. We were a bit confused because a) we still didn’t have the drinks and table water we asked for and b) because we wanted to eat our fries with our burgers (isn’t that how it works?) Anyway the fries were cold, so I took them back and asked for them to be made hot and to come out with our burgers. The face of the bespectacled young man upon hearing my request was dank to say the least. He took them back to the kitchen while we waited for our drinks. After another 5 mins our burgers and fries arrived, shortly followed by our drinks. It looked sexy. I love burgers and it looked like a foodgasm. BUT THE BURGERS WERE COLD!!! They’re by no means busy. We took a bite and stopped touching our food. That was 20 mins ago... they have walked past our barely touched food for the last 20 min and not one of the staff have bothered to inquire as to why we are not eating. Burgers are my favourite food group. The service and the food here tonight is a crime against burgers. I’ll just stick to BL Burgers up the road in future...
