Just in case the rain isn’t happening tonight in Coona area - a pass of the International Space Station starting at 18:54 in the NNW heading towards Venus and brightening as it passes beneath the Southern Cross at 19:00 and then gradually fading towards the SE in 19:02

2 passes tonight of the International Space Station for Coona area - first starts low in the NW at 18:10 and brightens as it passes to the North of Venus and Jupiter reaching it peak brightness at around that time at 18:14 when it will be close to over head and will fade as it passes to South of Saturn, Mars and the Moon by 18:18. This is the one to see - the second 92 minutes later is not as bright and is only visible for about 4 minutes low in the SW below Venus passing below the constellation of Corvus the Crow

Now is a great time to come stargazing. Plenty of planets to see and the Milky Way overhead. Small group sizes mean for a more personal experience.
