Mimco your products are of very poor, cheap, cheap quality!! So far I have had all three pairs of studs either break at the stems or jewel pieces fall out or break.

5 stars to the manager at the Wollongong Mimco store who immediately rang around to try to fix the issue. The end result: she swapped my earrings each time with a new pair. No questions asked.

1 star to Mimco. I find it disgraceful that as a brand you pride yourself on "we are loved by women who value quality" WHAT QUALITY??? Cheap and nasty materials at inflated prices! I couldn't find the quality in anything purchased from your stores. You cannot expect consumers to pay a premium for rubbish and be satisfied.

Entered the Wollongong store on Monday afternoon (22/2/16) with my teenage daughter. We were the only customers in the shop. We were in the store approximately 10 mins looking at the stock, throughout this time the staff member did not approach or even acknowledge us. I purchased the item I wanted at mimco in David Jones Wollongong... Customer service is paramount for customers! Couldn't have been more happy with the service from the David Jones staff member.
