We offer services such as customised Party Favours, like Candles and 'Survival Kits' for events such as weddings, birthdays and showers.

Return Policy

At Mindful Gifts Australia, we are sure you will love our products and services! However, we understand that sometimes, returns happen. Not to worry! Just peruse our dot points below and contact us by filling out the contact form at the bottom of our page:
• Please contact us within 28 days of the date of purchase with an order number, what you are returning and a brief explanation of what has happened.
• Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs, but once we have received the item being returned, we will contact you and discuss options further.
• There are a number of reasons why you might want to return a product or make a claim for a refund, credit or replacement product:

• Change of mind - You made an error or no longer need the product.
• The product does not conform to specifications.
• You received the wrong product.
• You received a damaged product.
• Your order got lost in transit by the courier company.

In case of a “change of mind” claim, there are some items that are ineligible for return. Due to our hygiene and quality control purposes, we do not accept returns on:
• Candles, wax melts and other wax products
• Fragrances or fragranced products
• Diffusers
• Body Care products
• Edible products
• Pierced Jewellery
• Services

In most cases, we can accept returns and provide a refund, exchange or store credit.
We aren't happy unless you are happy! : -)

Shipping Policy

We want to make sure you get your items as soon as possible!
• Please allow for 3-7 business days for handling and delivery, and 7-14 days for customised orders and for busy periods such as Christmas, long weekends, etc.
• A tracking number will always be provided for your peace of mind, but we cannot always guarantee an exact date for delivery from Australia Post.
• We are happy to post anywhere in Australia, and can post Internationally upon request. If your require International Postage, please let us know where you would like us to post to, and we can send you a shipping quote.
• Local pickup can also be arranged upon request, as well as delivery around the Hawkesbury /Nepean /Hills District areas of Sydney.
