mindgarden. me brings to life hand painted illustrations and digital drawings through cards, prints and other paper goods. Sprinkle a little fun and happiness into the world.

A collection of bits and bobs regarding the fun positive side of mental health, creativity and illustration. Quite a colourful mix, one my mind enjoys diving into.

My interest in mental health began when I was diagnosed with “bipolar 1 disorder”. The experience left me with a lot of questions. It also challenged me and provided the opportunity to create the Deck of Dreams.

Another dream of mine is to inspire and guide people to find and keep hope in their dreams because for me, the moment I touch on the possibility of a dream, is the moment I feel most alive (that and when I am enjoying a delicious piece of food).

The idea of mindgar­den. me is inspired by the quote:

More about the "me". I am inquisitive and love exploring, a curious creature with a hunger for learning and growth. I have a passion for creative arts and have a talent for expressing myself with paints, pencils, a drawing tablet and all things fun. Hope you enjoy!
