I've been seeing the awesome Timothy Stone for for my hair for a number of years and I love the new venue. Takako's massages are also top notch and this place has everything. Thoroughly recommend. Relaxing, excellent work, great service.

I've been having Timothy cut my hair for nearly three years now, and I've never had a better hairdresser. Since his move to Mineral he's opened my mind up to spa services and I strongly recommend Takako to anyone needing sport or injury related massage. She could see where I needed the most work, just by looking at my posture, and I feel 100% better about how I look and feel every time I visit.

An amazing salon and spa with exceptional customer service. My hair colour and cut with George recently was one of the most pleasant experiences I had with a hairdresser in Sydney. He translated the hairstyle I wanted perfectly and I have received a number of compliments about my hair as a result of that. Thank you George and Kristy for looking after me. Love your work :-)

This one star is dedicated to the wonderful asian therapist (sorry didn't get her name) that performed my massage. She was awesome and really understanding when I explained how I was lost and late due to google map showing me the wrong location. So it was my fault being late but I did not do it on purpose. She was so lovely and gave me options to either do a shorter treatment and use the rest of the voucher value for products or next treatment, or to wait for another therapist to perform my treatment. I chose the first option as I was in a rush for time and I am comfortable with the service of the therapist.
All went perfectly, and I chose the Aveda products to try with the remnant value I had. Just when I was closing the transaction, the manager came to assist so that the staff can serve the next client. This was the begining of the whole horrible service. This manager told me I HAVE to pay for the entire full duration of the massage with all the value of my voucher PLUS EXTRA FOR THE PRODUCTS as she had to turn down other customers because of me booking the slot (isn't this the whole entire point of making an appointment?!!). The tone was indicating I'm making her lose profit from others which doesn't sound right at all as i am a customer too. So i explained my situation to her and the options the staff provided me with. She just brushed me off and say she's the MANAGER so indicating she's e boss and have to final say. So in the first place why the initial staff can be so understanding to provide a first timer customer like me with the flexibility of making my experience a pleasant one to utilise the full value of the voucher. Yet the manager is so rigid about policy and profit making instead of providing a better service. I am sure the manager can actually do me this favour to allow me to utilise the full value of my voucher and I'm positive her staff who seems so experienced will NOT suggest an unattainable option to a customer in the first place. So she just wants to make things difficult for me. I am fine with losing half the value of the voucher, as it was a gift and I just want to enjoy the experience. However i cannot condone the manager's horrible service attitude. I was still planning on coming back for another massage with the lovely staff when the manager came and blew all thoughts of ever re-visiting them for any service again. Please beware DO not be late if u ever want to try this place. The manager gives no chance even if u're customer, SHE IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND HAVE THE FINAL SAY. Service means Nothing to her.

I've been visiting Mineral Spa for several years now since it changed ownership and highly recommend their knowledgeable professional staff delivering exquisite treatments in a serene haven in the city. The Aveda aroma and product beautifully fill the modern fit out-of this day spa slash hair salon. It's a reliable and trustworthy centre to visit for massage/beauty/make-up and hair, and the team led by Kristy have taken it from strength to strength. Each visit I leave floating, renewed and revitalised having completely de-stressed. And they run great regular specials to boot. 5 stars.

Love Mineral Day Spa! I've been coming here for a few years now for all things facial, eyebrows, hair and they're really awesome. Worth the price, service is always great and I always feel amazing afterwards. Special mention to Brittany on the facials - she is awesome.
