We have experienced WHS professionals who have been working in the safety field for many years. Our experienced auditors who are Exemplar Global certified in safety management system auditing to Lead OHS Auditor grade. Our experienced trainers are all Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualified and have developed and conducted hundreds of safety courses.

We have conducted hundreds of safety audits over the years including providing AS /NZS 4801 certification, SafetyMAP accreditation and workers compensation premium discounts. We can conduct Compliance Audits, WHS Act and Regulation Audits and Self-Insurer Audits. Minerva has trained thousands of participants over the last 10 years in a range of topics including Manual Handling, WHS Legislation, Due Diligence, Health and Safety Representative and Health and Safety Representative Refresher Training. Minerva range of general consultancy services includes conducting and documenting risk assessments, writing / updating WHS documentation, conducting ergonomic assessments and assisting in the investigation of work place incidents.
Minerva Consulting Group is the WorkCover NSW National Self-Insurance experts. Our success in helping clients pass WorkCover Self-Insurance audits is second to none. These successful WorkCover NSW audits have been conducted against the NAT Self-Insurer OHS Audit Tool, NSW OHS Model for Self-Insurers, WorkCover NSW Self-Insurer Case Management Audit and WorkCover NSW Self-Insurer WHS Compliance Audit. We have assisted clients to gain, expand and maintain a Self-Insurance Licence. Our Self-Insurance clients include councils, energy providers, retailers and manufacturers. We have assisted organisations to obtain the top level audit ratings from WorkCover NSW, resulting in the granting of 3 year licences.
