The worst customer service from one girl who works at the cafe.
We were seated at a dirty table with coffee cups, that I had to remove.
After around 40mins of waiting we asked how long till the food would arrive?
as we had little hungry children, who just came from mingara kids club
The chef told us there is a 40min wait.
We were never informed of the wait and would never expect 3 small children to wait that long.
We decided to get a refund.
After my friend received her refund and left the counter
Your staff member told another customer how annoying children are!!!
I let your staff member know how rude she was, informed her she’s talking about my friends children, her customer service is disgusting!
We left and had McDonald’s
We paid to become members, the kids club for 3 children and drinks.
We will never be returning to your club and will make sure friends and family don’t.
That girl should be reprimanded for poor customer service.
I am a manager who would never let my staff act in such a disgusting way towards my customers.
