Unfortunately I have not had a recall with the Mini but under warranty had to have faulty front axle components replaced. Even worse I paid for Paint protection on purchase of the vehicle (sold up) and when I asked them to sort out the damage to the roof caused by tree sap, they advised that all they could do was refer me to their mechanic and suggest I claim on my insurance. The people who washed the car are at fault I have been advised. I am taking the matter to the department of fair trading. I have asked for a refund on the paint protection plan I was sold and they have of course refused that as well.
They have assisted at all.

If you are reading reviews because you want to service your mini at a place that will attend to it and to you... Mini Garage Alexandria is not that place.

On my mini's first service (and my first visit to Mini Garage servicing) I took the opportunity to ask to have 2 faults with the car fixed (bent plastic in the rear seat and a single loose thread on the driver's seat).

I was given the run around to have one issue fixed or they wanted to charge money (on a warranty issue) to have it fixed there. The lose thread needed needed assessment from "Munich" as the repair salesman put it. That was in September. Its now November and after 4 times of contacting them I haven't heard a beep.

I've had better customer service after buying a $5 eBay item.

Terrible to deal with. Sale person is very elegant, dont really care what you want. no bargain price.
