Gold Coast producer Paces today drops the latest tasty morsel of his upcoming album ZAG, unveiling his new single ‘Technique’ featuring US singer Emmalyn and rising Australian artist Jeida Woods. Paces’ sophomore album is set to land on August 24th and today Paces also announces a huge ZAG album tour, taking in 14 dates around the country throughout November and December.
With a dancehall groove backed by Paces’ signature production, ‘Technique’ fans the heat between verses f...rom Emmalyn and Sydney rapper Jeida Woods, who Paces discovered via Unearthed. Paces explains how ‘Technique’ came together: “I started this track by trying to make the weirdest dancehall beat possible. I ran organic instrument sounds (like kalimbas) through all types of effects, blending them with harsh, screeching synths and then distilled it down to this version. The topline was written by LYRE, an incredible songwriting duo from LA. Emmalyn absolutely made it her own; she’s such a star. And Jeida Woods is one of my favourite new voices - he’s the future for sure!”
Dropping on August 24th, ZAG features eight unreleased tracks and a plethora of collaborations from the likes of rising Aussie stars Midas.Gold, CLYPSO, Reija Lee and Doolie, as well as a new collaboration with multiple ARIA Award winner Guy Sebastian. In celebration of ZAG’s release, Paces will be hitting the road throughout November and December, taking his brand new live show on tour across the country, with some special guests to be announced.

Our time as The Knots is unfortunately coming to an end. We’ve had a special ride these past couple of years in this beautiful music scene and appreciate every single one of you for coming to a show, playing our songs or buying merch. It warms our lil hearts thinking of all the great bands we’ve played with and friends we’ve made.
There was no way we could call it quits without putting on one last show and so her...e you go. To celebrate the last couple of years, we are gonna light up Miranda Hotel on August 31st with some of our best mates. Come have a beer, a chat and maybe even a cry. At least one of us will probably get famous in another musical project in the future so you will get a tonne of street cred being there.

Dirty and smelly, sticky tables grime everywhere.

Highly recommend the bistro. Quinoa, beetroot & goats cheese salad so fresh and filling. Monday's are $20 schnitzel days, with huge Schnitzs. Friendly staff & excellent service. We'll be back ✔️

Service was good staff were friendly but food was a little disappointing. Aside from the Pizza's which were nice the Sunday beef roast I ordered was a steak with gravy (in hindsight I should have thought it was odd I was asked how I wanted my roast meat cooked). Someone else on my table ordered the pork roast and likewise got a piece of cooked pork belly not sliced roast. Odd that they call it a roast lunch when mine was really just steak veg and gravy, meat was a little tough too. We also ordered the curried lamb shank which was under cooked and did not fall off the bone as expected.

Their outdoor courtyard is the best. Great food. Loved it

Food was average. Service was slow. Clean and nice surroundings.

Menu is outrageously expensive. Food was quite nice though. Schooners are at the upper end of pricing as well. Good facilities with sports bar and such. Nice outdoor area.

Friendly place. Outdoor area is excellent, noise levels are acceptable for a conversation.

Cant complain too much about this place. Staff are friendly, food is tasty and reasonably priced. Worth a visit.

Clean and stylish. The coffee is acceptable but the break they use deserves more

The food was good, one of the last times i went there was a new chef and the food was way to salty i told the staff and they took it on board. The next time i was there the food was good again. The staff listen to complaints and do something about them. Overall the atmosphere and service was good.
