Miranda Medical Centre

i hurt my foot 2 weeks ago and went to miranda medical centre dr carl allen told me everything was fine and to strap it up - i have been in pain ever since and just went to my doctor today only to hear that i will have to wear a boot for 6-8 weeks and have hurt it more since i didn't wear a boot earlier. thanks dr carl allen ! terrible

It's a decent enough place but it's really unorganised and the reception are okay. But better places to go.

Had to take my daughter up there as she put her tooth in her tongue and made a laceration rang and explained this i asked how long the wait was got told 45 minutes though okay then anyway sitting waiting, waiting , waiting an hour and a half later still havent been seen so at least if i ever decide to go back there ill go book in go to westfields catch a movie get back there and still have time waiting before getting in poor service staff incorrectly trained just ridiculous

The receptions are totally under trained and have no people skills. Wait is always terrible and people who turn up after you are let in first. Don't understand this system. Nurses who do the injections are lovely, which is the only reason I go back.

If you are there as for Dr cyrta.
There is a reason it takes forever to see her and its because she takes the time to examine the patient and explain the options.

Some of the other doctors manage to see 2-3 times the patients in the same time. I'm not sure how they can match her level of care.

Dr Natalie Kaye has poor time management and people skills. Appears in over her head and unable to cope with a high volume of patients. Too early in her career to be working at such a fast paced medical centre. Not my first time visiting the centre & overall the doctors are inexperienced and rude. Expect over an hour waiting time no matter what time of day & whether you call ahead or not. They'll tell you 20 minutes wait on the phone but that's a lie to get your business. Extremely disappointed with doctors and service & won't be visiting again. Where's the 0 star option?

Dr Mikulic does an awesome job has helped me with my lower back pain..

It was my first time to this medical centre. I had moved into the area about a year ago and this was the first time a needed a doctors advice. My partner and i are thinking of having another child and i saw DR Carl Allen. He wasn't helpful at all. I needed to know about the removal of the Mirena and about preparing my body for another baby. As soon as i got in there he wanted to send me away. He didn't give me any information or give me a chance to ask any questions. I know its a busy medical centre but he is a health professional that studied to be a doctor. I felt terrible when i left his office like i was not taken seriously. I will not go back and i will not use his referral which was also at that medical centre. My advice to others is make sure you don't go to see Dr Carl Allen.

The wait times are considerably reduced if you phone ahead. I like it, they have tv for entertainment, though I prefer the good old days of magazines everywhere. Apparently you can't do that now, germs! The cohort of doctors are reasonably stable, though you can find the overseas ones move on pretty quickly.

I can always get to see a doctor whenever I go and get any issues sorted. I have moved over from the UK and the service here is brilliant compared to a lot of GP's there, people here should consider themselves lucky! GP's there open til around 6pm, no weekends and some people wait weeks for appointments!.

I was recently unfortunate to sustain whiplash
and can't thank the Chiropractor/Physiotherapist there, Zak Mikulic for his expertise. He has been brilliant in helping sort out my injuries and advise me on my health and fitness. He is very courteous , accomodating and whilst very friendly, extremely professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, a very knowledgeable man.
