Our newest store, Mistercuts Erina opened with a bang on Saturday. We look forward to seeing both old and new faces walking through the doors. Improved look, new location, same great service and cuts.

No consideration of the fact I can't see without glasses (which I mentioned as I sat them down at the start) nor that hair would get all over my suit jacket. Didn't ask if I was happy with the job before removing the apron. Didn't offer to show me the back with a mirror (first time ever experiencing this). Rushed my typically quick Disconnection style I've gotten elsewhere for over a year. Also cut it lop-sided.



Booked in for my first eyebrow trim/shape/pluck/whatever as well (girlfriends idea) and was charged full price for a 2 second clipper trim I could have done at home. No shaping, no wax, no plucking or even trimming of stray hairs over my nose. Needless to say, girlfriend is not happy and neither am I. Have lost a potential regular. It's a shame given the other stellar reviews...
