The staff members are very sweet, helpful and are very reliable to get exactly what you need. Ravi always greets his customers with a great smile, his work is neat too. I highly recommend everyone who needs the key cuts, shoe repairs and engraving done to go there. They are great!!!

Excellent service and great place to go if you need a new car key.
Everywhere I went to get a new key wanted $350 or more and it would've taken half a day but my friends told me Mister Minit at Tuggerah can do it in an hour or less and for $250.
Very nice and helpful staff, I would definitely come here first before anywhere else.

the telephone number does not direct to Mister Minut at Warriewood and instead goes to a company called Life`s an Adventure. Apparently they have been emailing and contacting mister minut for the past 18 months and they have done nothing to chnage this listing. Mister Minit are not a community minded business and i suggest you go elsewhere

Destroyed and scratched my mum's Citizen watch in an ugly attempt to replace the battery. Closed the back lid back and declared them non-repairable. Avoid like the plague!

Living down the road I use Mr Minot regularly. I went to get my topi re-soled as the front had started coming off after 3 months. I was told I did not get it done here and that I was a liar. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I had a key cut here. The guy didn't tell me I was handsome, or offer to take me out and show me the city, but I wasn't really expecting that having read the previous reviews here. They key works and it didn't take very long. If you're looking for somewhere to have a key cut, and this location is convenient, then I recommend it.

A simple key cut. It cost me $8.90, which I don't think is bad. The guy was nice. I would use this place again if needed.

I broke my car key shell so needed a new one, read the reviews but went anyway thinking how bad can it be. The guy said with a straight face $95 (the key shell costs $10 online), and he said he can do it for me for $90 haha. Thanks but no thanks!

As with another review I was first ignored, then charged an extortionate amount for a regular key cut which took 20 seconds, and then told there was an EFTPOS minimum (because apparently it's still 1995). 'Customer service' is not a known term here. Go to Bunnings unless you absolutely need something NOW - and even then don't go here if you have anger issues. I'd rate 0 stars if I could.

Had two pairs of heel tips done $44.00. One pair was so loose that I could easily pull them out with my fingers. Will take them to a real cobbler next time. Only took them to Mister Minit as I am new to Sydney and wanted the shoes done in time for work the following week. :-(

I waited a few minutes the guy made eye contact and ignored me, When he looked free I said Hello no reply.
He looked at me again and walked away it's like he's not up for any business or has heard of customer service all I wanted was to get some keys cut.
The 1 star I have to give is for his rudeness.

Very rude. Ripped me off as well by getting me to choose a coloured key from the stand that are more expensive than non-coloured. Keys were made from the worst quality metal. Won't be going back here ever again!

Horrible customer service, the gentleman didn’t even greet me and continued doing his thing for a couple of minutes until he decided to acknowledge me standing there.

Had a car swim key cut, fast, efficient service. Good value for money.

Dale Ward - why you didn't do a "quick Google search" PRIOR to having had your work done is beyond me. They may have price matched. You'll never know. Silliest thing you cpuld ever pit as a review - "I found out later I could have got it done cheaper"... haha.
Little bit of advice mate - Do ya research beforehand, or else the information becomes obsolete.
And this bloke has been there years. He knows what he's doing and is still going today so that has to prove something does it not?

i went to get my car key fixed because the black plastic was broken.
i asked the guy how much the key was going to cost. and quietly the guy said $25 and it will take 20 to 30 minutes. i came back and the guy had not even started my key. he quickly grabbed a uncut car key from the drawer and cut it in 1 minute then i handed him 50 dollar note. he then said it was $145 for the car key. i paid him with my bank card...

Poor shoe repair - charged $40 for heels and toes and didn't even glue back the bits around the heels that had lifted off. The toe replacement was also poor quality. Won't be going back here.
