Was happy to be booked into an appointment at only half an hours notice, but annoyed at having to wait an hour for a very brief consultation

Doctors & reception staff are very good. However, the opening hours of the xray center are not, & the parking is absolutely terrible, very easy to reverse into other car/s or brick walls. The carpark designer should've gone to Specsavers.

Poor Customer service. I would rate 0 out of 10 for there service over the phone. If you ever call them for the information you have to regret. Who ever works there need to know how to talk with the people. People call medical centre for medical purpose. Seriously it's not a joke. Last time I called there about a doctor schedule. The woman over the phone got pissed off for nothing. She was not listening to me at all. After a while she said we are very busy you have to come to medical centre for more information. After that she hang up.

the doctors should get there information correct im still sick after 8 days.. not happy

Reception really nice.
Unfortunately I Have relied on a GP , who doesn't seem to know who I am or what he last saw me fore just a few days before

Each time I see him, he doesn't seem to remember even a few days a part that I have serious .health concerns, and has not followed up properly

I called him to fix a specialist referral to a Urogloigist, and he asked me which Kidney specialist I wanted , a kindness specialist is a Nephrologist.

On top of this the radiologist he said was excellent at southern highlands radiology , put me though a degreee of pain for three Fien needle biopsies , only to be told by pathology that they could not be tested for cancer as there was an insignificant specimen supplied.

I would use this clinic for the basics , but would not recommend a GP as a long term goal. It has caused me a bit of stress

Excellent New Facilities with the same great doctors.

Two out of three visits to the new Centre revealed no one pays any attention to maintaining anything remotely ressembling an appointment schedule. There is something seriously wrong with the work attitude that has to start with whoever owns the place right down to the cleaners. The previous Centre was little better. Look elsewhere!

The ladies on the front desk are the most dreary, impolite bunch I've ever seen on a front desk. I couldn't feel more unwelcome and inconvenient!
Just saw the skin doctor and she is fabulous! Highly recommend her to anyone wanting a proper skin check.

is his name Dr yousuf or Dr useless ? Just a thing I was wondering after that complete balls up. and also ruby needs to stop being nosey and quiet down a bit apparently every condition that exists I bet ya ruby will tell you she has had it at some stage. most of the reception ladies are nice and helpfull bar 1 or 2 that probably needed a couple more hours sleep.
