Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle: Youth Ministry Facebook Page Comment Policy
The purpose of the "Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle: Youth Ministry" Facebook Page is to provide a place for young people to engage with a local Catholic community and to advertise events in the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle. This page is managed by the Diocesan Council for Ministry with Young People (DCMYP).
Followers of the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle: Youth Ministry Facebook page are encouraged to post comments and questions about posts but should remember that this is an online discussion moderated by the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle. Moderators will be guided by the principle that “online or offline, respect for human dignity rules” (“Social Networking Protocol for the Catholic Church in Australia”, 2009).
Comments left on this page do not necessarily reflect the views of the DCMYP, the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle or its Bishop, the Most Reverend Bill Wright.
