Beautiful decor, economical food, staff friendly & efficient loved our time there

Though this is beautiful venue for a large function and our dealings with Maurie had been good, the food at the Buick Car Club of Australia's function, last Friday evening was not impressive at all.
At $56.00 a head, plus $300.00 for hire of the function room, many people, from our 170 entrants, complained about the food.
This was very disappointing.
I could not recommend this venue.
I was told that the steak was tough,the barramundi had a crunchy fennel topping which was extremely salty, and had to be removed, and the sweets, which sounded wonderful on paper, were also nothing to be excited about.
We had been having wonderful and varied food, all week, in the Marquee at the Moama On The Murray Resort.
This had been provided by Adam Mitchell , from Minute Chefs, so we were looking to cap off this great week by dining at Moama Bowling Club.
Very disappointing to say the least.
We had several cancellations which we had to pay for, while at the same time, they insisted on fee of $10.00 being paid for a child who was not able to eat anything chosen on the evening's menu, which I think was quite petty in view of the fact that we paid the Club nearly $9000.00, for the evening.

Great food and service. Variety of food has dropped off a bit. Relaxing and welcoming. Would recommend.

Larger, NSW typical pokies venue. Great meals good value drinks. Bistro dining area very noisy when busy!!

The interior of this large venue is stunning. The cafe area is warm and cozy while the bistro offers a good range of reasonably priced meals. If you like pokies there are more than you can poke a stick at ;) Service is consistently high throughout the venue. Recommend that you drop in.

Good food in the restaurant, good gaming machines, cheap membership, great staff.

Courtesy bus 40 mins late, not drivers fault staff failed to put on extra bus. Waited 25 min in queue to order meals as only one register open. Medium rump steak was over cooked and no way did it weigh 250g as advertised. We asked for meals to come out with the one entree, but this did not happen. Other meals were ok. Poor service from start to finish.

Huge venue. Great for taking the kids to, if only I could block the ice cream shop inside from their sight!

Meals are good value for money. Varied meals. There is also a Kids Cave. A hosted creche, free for children under 12 whilst the parents can have a relaxing 'kid free' experience.
