Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel a booking. I was spoken to so rudely and the woman actually hung up on me.
I called back, only to again be spoken to in a disgusting unprofessional manner.
I will never ever stay here again. Appalling customer service.

Clean, comfortable and at walking distance to Echuca. Excellent Thai restaurant nearby and great breakfast at hotel on the corner
