I took my phone into the Newtown store in to get a screen replacement and walked out with basically a paperweight that plays mp3s.

My phone was receiving and making calls upon entering the store and was damaged during their replacement.

None of the useless staff or the manager would take any accountability for the damage and now I will need to buy a new phone.
