I have just received my Xmas order of Rozzie's/Mojo's caramelised balsamic vinegar and know all my friends, who will receive a bottle of this sublime nectar as a Xmas gift will bless me extravagantly. Anyone who has ever tasted it agrees it IS theTHE BEST EVER caramelised balsamic on the market. Incomparable! Nectar of the gods!!

This venue was beautiful, private and romantic. Service was professional. The food was modern Australian with a small menu but the food was top class. we had the 3 courses with matching wine ($100 pp) and everything that come out was faultless. Flavour was full, produce was fresh and presentation was great. I strongly recommend this and must try if you are at the hunter valley.
