Mollymook Paradise Haven Motel Apartments

Lovely place to stay.

Was on way to newcastle nice place to stay

1. no ocean view and next door to the cemetery (not that it bothered me)
2. Stayed for three nights and had to endure constant banging which started at 8.05 am on the last two days. When I approached staff on the second morning about the banging I was told " Arh well already morning"
no warning of reconstruction happening or at the very least an apology.
3. When we tried to use the laundry it was locked and a huge pot plant was blocking the access
4. Staff never in the office on 4 different occasions we went to ask for access to the Internet laundry clean towels and an iron. So we had dirty towels for 3days couldn't wash them if we wanted to no access to the laundry.
5. No iron in the room, no garbage bin ,no towel rail in the bathroom the shower could have used a good scrub to get the black mould off around the bottom
6. If you want a cheaper place to stay and don't care about rude staff (when you can find her) then this is your holiday destination

I have travelled around Australia and I would like to tell you that this is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in.
Staff is professional and friendly I was offered free wifi which worked really good
The sheets are 100% good quality egyptian cotton which was really comfortable
Hotel is only 2 minutes to the beach and golf club for dinner
Hotel has palms and trees all around beautiful garden which is really relaxing
I would recommend only for clean people who appreciate this beautiful clean hotel

First of all, I payed $100 for one night. The lady seemed a bit rude.
When I first walked in the room it had a awful smell, I have no idea what it was but it was disgusting.
I take a look around the room only to discover a stain on a towel and stains on the sheet of my bed.
The room was very dusty and I even asked the lady for the wi fi password and she gave me the wrong password.
I will not be staying here again.
