Mona Vale Hospital

The nursing staff and doctors are amazing. However be warned one the clerks in emergency can be rude as all hell. But once you’re past her you’re good.

My disabled son had day surgery and I was so impressed by everyone at Mona Vale Hospital. Am so used to having everyone telling me what's best for my son and yet at Mona Vale they asked me what I thought was best and then carried out my wishes which meant my son was calm and happy and the day was a great success!! Thank you!

I have been there many times with my elderly mother and they have always been very helpful and professional. Dont go there if you have a minor issue as they are too busy saving lives.
I must also say that I am very disappointed with our state government that is going to close this place down and replace it with a privately run hospital.

My daughter was born here and everyone was great through the whole process.
We will be back in October because we have another one coming.

Released my father-law while still ill. Had to go to Royal North Shore to continue treatment. Go MVH if you're prepared to die.

I had a great experience being born here, would definitely go again.

I was admitted through the emergency department as I had blood clots in my lungs. The staff, nurses and Doctors were fantastic. I had the best treatment, the use of the best equipment and superb attentive care. All in a public hospital that didn't cost me a dollar. I fear this won't be the case at the new hospital at Franches Forrest plus the fact that Mona Vale hospital is 8 minutes away from my home in Newport.
